Perfect combo of sculpt and stretch. I even got a little sweaty on the mat. Good class to save for a semi-recovery day or after cardio.

This felt fantastic! I am super sore from this weeks workouts and this stretch is just what I needed. I loved how the first half was standing and really felt the leg burn and then it went into a great stretch round on the ground. Feeling strong today!

This was a long one and felt it 20 minutes in 😮💨 but got it done 💪 as much as i like the stretching part and needed it due to this week's workout has me feeling the soreness 💜

That was amazing!!! I feel relaxed! My muscles feel relaxed!!! Even though we did some lunges and squats but I feel awesome!!! Thank you Amy ❤ You always make showing up for workouts fun. When I saw it was 40 mins, I kind of groan. But with all the stretching and sculpting, the time flew!!

Well, I'm nearly as sweaty and worked out after that as any other workout days, but now I'm also relaxed! I always think Thursday will be too chill to make a difference, and then I'm wrong EVERY time! You're the best, Amy! Thank you for making exercise so attainable and fun. For the floor portion my 2 month old was on the floor on her mat next to mine. She enjoyed watching!
