Get ready for today’s STRENGTH Pyramid Workout! It’s time to switch things up a bit and try something new!.This pyramid workout starts with a single exercise and with each circuit we will add on a new exercise. I’ve been doing your work out for 3 years and my fav work out! Just in my preference, wish there were more moves and less repeat on this 😅 feels like doing push press 30 times😅

It's too easy not to do the hard thing, so I did the hard thing knowing that it will get easier! Traveling again Heather; knowing that you have shown up for us motivated me to keep my commitment to showing up for myself! Forgot my resistance cord, so got really creative with a VERY heavy floor lamp and the couch. The floor lamp felt like overhead barbell presses, which was a really nice change. Improvised with time under tension and bodyweight which is plenty enough when there's nothing else; I haven't done a pyramid in a while so I know that I will be feeling this in the a.m. THANK YOU!!! 3.16.2023!

Thank you for bringing a new format in. Personally, I find it a bit boring – the same exercises, many reps, and knowing what is next ahead. I know it is a good method for building endurance and strength, and tomorrow I will be sore, but I couldn't help but catching my mind wandering around random thoughts and losing control over performance.

My arms and feet are literally shaking now as I am writing this comment. This is brutal I did not think I would finish but thankfully I held on. Thank you Heather for keeping it fresh.

This one brought me back to the level of exhaustion reminiscent of my gym days. I just saved it to my "favorite workouts" folder to try again (note to self: 12lbs and 25lbs). Thank you very much for this challenge, Heather! I hope to see more like it. 😉

Holy moly, what was that. 10 sets of push press. My shoulders are DOA. I'm sure this was good for us, but it was a killer

I think I'm alone here but I found this style boring being completely honest. I'm interested that Heather said she find they help avoid plateau. I was yawning! I guess we have these days! I see tomorrow is cardio – help!
