This routine is completely bodyweight with a focus on the lower body. Expect to drop it into low squats to strengthen your booty, target your hamstrings with good mornings, and get breathless with ice skaters. Even though this workout is lower-body focused, Amanda includes push-ups so you can work on your strength to lift up your own bodyweight. Be sure to check in with yourself during the workout to see if you can go harder or faster or need to slow down. All you need is a mat to get started!
