Lol… That was the main focus when I was younger.. The heavier I went.. the better I felt.. I was never big on the one rep… situation… because it really didn't do anything for me, but boost my ego, and make me feel better… Meaning.. just something to answer when someone asked me what my Max was with anything… I was very big with anything that allowed me to get between 6 and 20 reps… Nothing but to give you Props on the way you train…. keep it up… and do not be afraid of the high reps when you get older… LoL
