Great workout that taxed my cardio endurance. The mix of workouts is terrific — keeps me literally on my toes. Already I've begun to have separation anxiety. What happens when this ends? I'm sure you, Heather, will give us guidance. But any of you Heatherati have experience moving on from one series to another?

After injuring myself, then becoming terribly sick and then having an abnormally hard pms/menses, I am SO grateful to finally be able to workout again! This was the perfect routine to jump back in! Great workout! This one was was a little harder for me coming off being sick and having to take a break from working out for about 4 days, but I still made it through with a few modifications. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! Working out with you is always enjoyable! 🙂
