The last two weeks were insane. Lots of traveling and very little training. So here is the workout I did to get back into the swing of things.
As usual, not complicated and focused on results!
5 exercises
4 sets per exercise

Thanks for this, I need to get back into the swing of things. I noticed you have a small amount of butt wink at the bottom of your squat going that deep. Does that concern you? It looks like I might be genetically prone to lumbar disc degeneration, and I am paranoid of trying to "hit depth" if it means having some butt wink
