Hi Daniel, I have been following your work and do your workouts. You guys doing an excellent job with sharing routines. I wanted to ask if you could put something together for people around 60. I know it might be an unusual request and it might take some research on the general condition of matures, but I think your efficient work could be translated to a "language" that my mom&dad can keep up with. If I'm short on time and need a total body workout under 30 mins this will be my go-to!

I like the quick cycle of cardio/strength/core to keep the body and mind guessing. It also felt like a condensed version of FB's 1000 calorie workouts. lol
As always, thank you Daniel for reminding us to take slow controlled deep breaths. It may seem like a small thing but it makes a whole world of difference when recovering between intervals and during the cooldown and stretch!
