I’m definitely going to do this. I literally have been suffering with severe asthma that was extremely painful, caused dizziness and I had my inhaler but wasn’t using it. Long story, but now I’m back on my inhaler and I can workout! Yay!!! ☀️

So I always start off by watching the workout video and then do the workout. It was definitey harder to do then watch haha.
I love that you are going to start uploading workouts here on youtube again! This is how I found you and Teamlsf (plus an ad on fb lol)
I would love if you would do workouts that target and strengthen the core. But really would love any workouts Thank you Katie and Teamlsf!
