I’m definitely going to do this. I literally have been suffering with severe asthma that was extremely painful, caused dizziness and I had my inhaler but wasn’t using it. Long story, but now I’m back on my inhaler and I can workout! Yay!!! ☀️

So I always start off by watching the workout video and then do the workout. It was definitey harder to do then watch haha.
