I liked this format, and I love that it was bodyweight. This is the first workout in years that I could not finish. I got to he last 6 minutes and I had to quit. My knees and the back knees are in pain from this months challenge. Not sure why. 🥴 Maybe improper form during all the lunges? I don't know how to modify the lunges without them bothering my knees. Do you have any advice?
Hi Amy! This was a FANTASTIC BW workout . I also LOVED the pace of the super sets. The side to side and up on the climbers were a CHALLENGE but I did it and ❤it. I don’t think I could do a BONUS MOVE so thank-u for sparing that LOL!

Thanks, Amy, for another great workout! Getting up and down and balancing on a still healing post surgery foot (that feels like it’s taking forever to heal) is hard for me. I did countertop pushups. I did the best I could but kept moving and it felt great. I was inactive for a few months and then started with chair workouts but I’m finally standing, so wonderful.
