Yaaasss team!!!! This was amazing workout. I love that she added kettlebell swings in between the circuits. 😊 I’m still feeling a little sore from Mondays workout 😅 But we got this!!! 🎉

I started off so drained. Now I feel energized and a good tired.
I did your weight workout on Monday and went for a run afterward. I haven't been out running for 3 years. It felt good. This workout worked all the muscles that have been hurting since. Thanks for Tabata Workouts!

I always clean a "dumbell mess" to let it finish a video and leave ads to finish because someone told me that is a small way to help and I always leave a video to finish. And spreading the word and enjoy these workouts. Amy-zing.
