Core is not my favorite. But I loved the standing core exercises with the weights. I felt it. It’s on fire!!! Thank you Amy for always giving us alternate moves 😊
Just got a new Fitbit after not having one for a few years. After doing this workout, it thought I was swimming!!!😂 Got a lot of active zone minutes for fat burn and cardio. Thank you again for your awesome workouts!!!

Was this a core focused workout or a total body workout with a core focus? Because I am feeling worked all over in the best way! My core is on fire! I don't even know if I can eat lunch after this 😅
Thanks for reminding us to be where we are and encouraging modifications. I had to modify lots of the twisting moves but still got a great workout.

Weighted cardio is my favourite.. I really felt this workout . Loved it!

I really liked this circuit, so fast and has you done before you know it. I love these workouts because i dont put a seconds thought in to my day’s routine as Amy has done the work and lets you focus on the task of just staying focused for 30 minutes, thanks Amy!! Awesome workout!
