OK Day 49 Calender Tabata and Glute Finisher is done,just.Got a bit of a cold and throat infection so today was just light weights and get done.Will see tomorrow if I'm OK after work to do my catch up day then I'm on track to finish Day 60 on the day.Yippee.Thankds Heather!!!

Really enjoyed the tabata with weighted exercises and the booty finisher was great because I prefer bridge exercises to those on hands and knees! Thanks Heather for keeping us going

I just couldn’t get over how strong I felt on this one. I didn’t have to pause or modify- well except for push ups lol.

warmed up with dance routine, sub'd an alternate tabata for new moves stayed in orange zone thru glutes! Played my own pump up music to keep me going!

Excellent. I modified the one legged glute exercises by putting a low-ish yoga block (I have them in three heights) under me so I could tap down with a smaller movement but still keep the form. Whew! That was tough but terrific as usual.
