OK Day 49 Calender Tabata and Glute Finisher is done,just.Got a bit of a cold and throat infection so today was just light weights and get done.Will see tomorrow if I'm OK after work to do my catch up day then I'm on track to finish Day 60 on the day.Yippee.Thankds Heather!!!

Excellent. I modified the one legged glute exercises by putting a low-ish yoga block (I have them in three heights) under me so I could tap down with a smaller movement but still keep the form. Whew! That was tough but terrific as usual.
