Hi Maddie, thanks for making me active. I'm 59 and have following you for over 2 years and definitely I see the change on my body and your workout is for younger and older people like me. I can follow your steps with no problem now of course you are giving alternative . I have stopped worked last 2 months because of my neck and shoulder problem and now I'm back but I don't see much change on my body shape. Thanks again❤❤❤💐

Love your full body workouts… very easy to follow along even if sometimes I can't do the whole exercise completely. The instructions are so great. Currently recovering from foot surgery…. could you do some workouts for foot injuries or surgery so we can still stay fit?
