Idk if it's my mood but 50 secs of cardio …no. Not happy about this one and apparently I need to start adding ab finishers to my workouts bc that was very difficult and kinda tweaked my back. I need to remember where I am at and not push through just to push through but push through and do things correctly or don't do them. Ouch.
As a person who hates jumping I am so glad that I did nearly all the cardio exercises – I needed modification only two times! Thank you for making me come out of my comfort zone and actually enjoy it 🥰
