Hi Amy OMG! This wad was So SO CHALLENGING but I LOVED IT. My favorite was the row with the leg lift and elevator. I would LOVE to do more of this format and YES! I enjoyed the BONUS!

Holy smokes, this was a tough one. A few times I was like "omg amy" its not over? I think I needed more energy than I had for this one.
This was hard! But so good! Made me never wanna pick up another cookie ever again 😂😂 if I’m workin this hard I’m gonna make sure I’m getting results! 💪🏽💪🏽 muscle BURN!! 🔥🔥
