Thank you for the beginner video. It was challenging. I just turned 50 and I don’t want to get old before my time! These are just what I need. I’m a nurse with a bad back and this was super helpful and enjoyable.

Amy: Thank you so much for this workout. I am 65 and this one is perfect for me. I would love to see a beginner series like this. You have an older standing legs (no squats, no lunges) YouTube video. I would love to see a new one of those working lots of the saddlebag area. Keep them coming, please! ❤❤
