Another great workout. You show it is possible to overload the muscles with just body weight. There is no getting bored when you mix it up all the time

Murderous I’m telling you this workout was good tough fun exciting I don’t know what are the adjective to use but it was good but I’m telling you that 50 second workout kick my butt the 50 seconds that’s what that killed me but the moves were awesome the moves were great. I'm always a little nervous when I see "supersets" on a workout title lol, but I got through this one ok. My arms were screaming at me during those pushups but I survived, and I feel good this morning. Normally I like using weights quite often, but yesterday's workout and today were nice reminders that they're not necessary every day. I can get a great workout in with just bodyweight, and it pushes me to be more in-tune and intentional with the exercises.
PHEW! This was a HARD body weight format but I really LOVED it. I was struggling today with plank presses.
This one looks like my bad shoulder will be screaming at me! I probably should skip it, but I will try to do what I can.
Couldn't do some moves as my left hip flexor hurts but that's OK I did my best and I know it. Thank u Amy for a kiiiiller week

Super "Supersets!" I think that we got everything in on this awesome MetCon bodyweight workout!! Great variety and intensity levels that had my heart rate totally in tune with the movement!! Loved it!! 🤩💯!!!!!
