High fat,high protein and low card for both pre-contest and off season and the gains and overall body composition is just on another level. I started because of John meadows and his philosophy I mean the dude is a beast and eats like 30 g of carbs post workout…. and is always big and shredded ( im aware he is using gear) but the man has insane knowledge and if someone can be his size and not need 700g of carbs a days like all these small/fat bodybuilders out there maybe there is something to what he is saying.
