This was great. My level 2 and 3 were tome.and a half faster and burped section I need high jumps only due to wrist issues. It took me 20 min to start sweating tomwhwre heart rate in level 3 was high enough so I marched during breaks because my heart rate fell too quickly. Been exercising for 26 years lol. But this is great if you push level 2 and 3.
