Just finish this and really liked it. But I'm used to metcon that does Forlan movement with every single item so I'm hoping the rest of the month has a lot of Forlan movement because I heard you say there's a lot of isolation at the end and that's less metcon because metcons usually for the movement. I really like this one though it was a little slow for me so I just went heavier with the weights.

I really love this workout. It kept my heart rate up the whole time. My body was shaking. And I love that last move with the Neil Neil and then push push. I can’t member the name cause I’m kind of delirious right now.😂

I loved this workout. Thank you for providing modifications. I’m newly postpartum and cleared to workout so I love that. With only a kettlebell i found it easy to modify for that usage when you didn’t provide the kettlebell modification.

Wow! Was that a great workout. My poor brain didn’t know what to do with the alternating submission, kneeling things. I didn’t even know how to go down on my left knee on its own. That was a real brain explosion!🎉
To answer your question Amy, I liked the single-single-double but sadly I could not do the drops without back pain. So, I took the modifications! 🙂 A great workout!

METCON = SWEATON! This was great Amy. Loved the alternate movements. My dumbbells a bit heavy for the tricep push back but modified was fine. It was varied and fun 😅
This has been my favourite so far this year!

I was really worried about this month being all metcon, I dont really like alot of cardio, but I really liked this one. I loved the single single double moves, actually used my tens for the tricep kickback. I think I may have been stressing over nothing. I can do this!
Great workout, I always love single dumbell exercises where I can go up with the weight. Bonus move rocked as well!
