The basics are staples when building muscle for a reason. Don't get fancy, just add more weight, do forced reps with a spotter or switch up the sets / rep range.
Re-inventing the wheel doesn't work in fitness.

I just barely started doing that because my home gym i don't have a neutral grip pulldown bar or neutral grip handles to do neutral grip pullups 😬lol. But when I do the pulldowns with the added handles it doesn't take away from any range of motion because of how my cable pulley system is set up and it's also pretty firm on how I have the handles placed on my pulldown bar so it's not all loose and whatnot. It doesn't move at all whatsoever so when I do my pulldowns it's fairly balanced.

Bruh I saw some kids doing this the other day and I literally had a “dafuq?” moment. Not to mention they didn’t even take the handles off after 😒

I haven’t seen this, thankfully haha. I know some gyms actually have dual cable pulldowns. Do you recommend the wide neutral grip MAG for pulldowns?
