Very nice sweat fest. A new workout is always welcome for a nice body shock.
I've been working out with fitness blender for over 5 years ( I'm 62), and the benefits are real.
I would love to see a new medium weight glute, quadriceps focused workout. For me and my thin frame, I would love to work those two muscle groups together in an average time (20 minutes ).
