yay!! new to your workouts and I'm following you on the right. it's such a confidence booster after having two babies! loving these for us mommas who only have ten minutes to workout! how many days a week should I be working out with these workouts to see results in a month

Thanks for all that you do! I discovered your videos last weekend and have been doing them every morning before work. I was never crazy about exercise, but I have been very motivated to stick to doing your workouts. I feel like have a personal trainer. Again, thanks for all that you do.
