Thank you for all the great tips.
Your hair and skin looks amazing and glowing. 🙂 Thanks for tips. I've started a lot of these before and it's the consistency I struggle with. I wish lifting was enough 🤣 I heard rolling is good too.
Thank you so much! I have lost a lot of weight lately, that I noticed that cellulite under my bum. I love these tips! I have a dry brush, but it's just gathering dust in the bathroom. I'm gonna brush it off, do more squats, and keep drinking your beauty collagen!
Hey ur plant protein where can I buy it? Oh where can I buy the dry brush my cellulite is bad.
Oh n where can I buy. Natural beauty blend.
Lol these are GREAT tips! I’ve never noticed a difference in mine either way regardless🤣a dry brush at least every other day AND squat but I’m still on my postpartum weight loss journey but I think by summer general fat loss will help me😅
Deep tissue massage and regular walking helps get rid of cellulite
LOVE these tips. I have some cellulite on my bum and backs/inner area of my thighs. I am going to try to add these into my day to day routines.
Great 👍 And Amazing Video Katie Hope You Can Make More Videos Like This One. I Use Coconut 🥥 Oil For My Massages and It Leaves My Skin Soft. Have A Wonderful Week!!!! 👍👍🙌🙌👏👏✨✨
Katie do you know of anything to help with swollen legs? Idk what happened but this last week it's like I gained 10lbs in my legs😞. My jeans feel so tight & my legs ache. I've been foam rolling, I drink water with lemon juice & or apple cider vinegar all day long. I elevated my legs last night. Feel a little better today but still sore. I already reduce salt intake. I just don't know what to do or what happened, other than shortly around the same time I started a new prescription for hashimotos on top of my levothyroxin. Maybe that's causing it? 🤔 any ideas would be appreciated
The darker hair looks soooo good!
Good afternoon Katie. You're looking great – skin glowing, healthy and fit.. As we enter into the beautiful months of Spring, I'm happy to report that I've definitely met my weight loss goal for the Winter, – definitely on account of your recommendations for reaching my weight loss goal. 😊😊😉😉👍👍
Just bought Natural Beauty and the vanilla protein 🎉❤
Did you announce the winner for the gift card.? @love sweat fitness
I watched your video on food prepping and it’s a game Changer for me . Putting everything in separate containers rather then a meal in each is so much better.!!! Thanks for this tip!!
Hey Katie. Do you have any of your recipes posted anywhere besides Instagram?
This is great! Thank you
I specialized in lymphatic massage! Very beneficial. I also take collagen everyday.
All true!! I do all of this! It’s wild, I am 49 so the upkeep is REAL lol, but for reference, if I don’t lift for a few weeks, those dimples do start to say heyyyyy😰also my under but starts to sag a little! Resistance training is SO good for you, especially in menopause😅 All great tips here, that really WORK🙌🏼💯
You look amazing! Your skin is glowing your hair looks full and healthy! I’m jealous!! Is there a tip or trick with collagen? I’ve tried it a handful of times and when I take it I end up with stabbing pinching crippling gas pains. 🥺
Foam rolling helps too!
Great video.what dry brush do you recommend?
Love these tips! I also foam roll and work on nutrition to help. I definitely need to dry brush more and that infrared sauna blanket sounds amazing. I love the LSF Natural Beauty and protein powders and the Loving Tan. Just gave myself a self tan yesterday. ❤ Thank you Katie!!
Excellent tips!! I also recommend fascia blasting with Ashley Black Guru tools!! Fascia blasting is where it’s at! 💕💕🙌🏻💕💕
