as I said before you are a fucking trooper. I don't know how ur metabolism is not on fucking fire. keep pushing though man it will pay off and you will be proud of yourself. also the weight thing is extreme but genuine nattys way so much less than anyone who is enhanced. I have natty and enchanced athletes o coach so believe me. huge difference!

I walk around at 210-2015 lbs. I'm 5-11 and when I got down to 170, I could not believe I was not lean enough….looks like I will have to compete at 162. Unreal….thanks for setting me straight. I'm just too damn heavy. I will try your diet, and I am in full time law school, so I can relate to what you saying here.

Why don't you do HIIT cardio rather than steady state? Better fat loss and big rise in growth hormone, and you don't have to waste all that 90 minutes.
Bodybuilding and long distance cardio, from what I learned is very counter productive.

people are sadly misinformed on how much they're going to weigh when they get super lean under 10 9 or 8% of body fat they think they're going to be like this drug users at 7% body fat and 200 pounds. I'm five foot eight and a half and I weigh 150 but I'm 7 to 8% bodyfat right now. but bodybuilding is all an illusion everybody guess is my weight at 160-170. PS fuck that keto bullshit go on a high carb moderate protein low fat diet eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. easier for me to keep my fat super low because I'm on a plan based vegan / vegetarian diet. I never really went below 2000 cals. If you have the time, id suggest upping your calories, and throwing in more cardio instead. eat as many vegetables as possible, and stay leaner all the time, next time you cut for a show, you want to only have to lose a few pounds. high carb low fat will keep your workouts good, resulting in more mass retention too.
