I never thought I'd like a repeat workout, however in the circuit format I really enjoy it! I loved all of the moves in this one, especially adding in some mobility and cardio as well. Another great workout and I feel awesome! 🥰

This workout is fantastic and super comprehensive!! I really liked using dumbells, kettlebells, bands and body weight and loved the cardio and mobility!! My favorites were the Kettlebell Goblet Squat, the World's Greatest Stretch, and the Banded Bicycles!! Great circuits with decreased time!! Absolutely loved it!! 💗🤩👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

I badly didn't feel like working out today, but that went right away when the workout started! I feel great now; never regret doing one of Amy's workouts.
