Ha I have a TRX video pop up as new workout for the day, thinking it was the fresh challenge workout, so glad I looked at your page to see the TRX workout was not part of the challenge since I do not own a TRX 🙌🏾 I enjoyed the yoga/plates mix, just what I needed today 💪🏾💜
