Loved the workout today. Even in February in the midwest this will make you sweat!
Nothing isolates the hamstrings like the TRX. Fun workout & great mobility too!
I wasnt feel good since Monday, and couldnt do any workout, then yesterday I saw we had TRX so my body was like come one lets do it, and I ended up doing TRX and ISO dumbbell fire. so my body is on 🔥now.
I always get excited when I see a new TRX workout! 😄Loved the focus on lower body and core in the circuit format. This one was really a lot of fun! Look forward to the upper one coming. 😍
