I would want to Sprint(run) 🏃🏽♀️ everyday if it spared my knees
Saame running!!! But i kinda did that in 2021, i ran almost every single day on top of a full time job that required me to be moving constantly throughout the whole shift and i messed up my knee and it hasn't been the same ever since and I'm only 28… So my advice to anyone who thinks they are invincible, be kind to your body and even if you can push past your limits please do with precaution and not repeatedly because you will cause an injury. Take care ❤
Maybe something involving calisthenics, basketball, or cycling. Also maybe running stairs. It’s a good question

I'd have to say it's a match between pushups(and all the variations) or pull ups/chin ups.
Kickboxing! A nice one hour session targeting ALL the muscle groups 🥰
Slow strength training for sure
Yoga I've been wanting to do it but I don't know how to begin or what to do. Because im 🤰🏻
Will have a short and intense cardio workout followed by intense strength training, finish with a quick core routine.
Handstand drills. I like the idea of being upside down. Along with speed-walking
Dancing and Gymnastics, jumping rope

Upper body strength – after feeling weak for a lot of my life, it feels so empowering now to lift stuff!

I would hike or do kickboxing everyday and wouldn't get bored at all.
