FINALLY a perfectly attainable paced workout for us. I have the hardest time with workouts where I keep hurting myself because I try to push myself to an impossible pace to match the leader…GAH! Getting older is not for sissies. We want to stay fit but it’s impossible if we keep hurting ourselves and have to recover for days before we can resume. Great job HASFIT trainers. God bless you both!
