When I saw that we were going to do kickboxing, i was excited. This kicked my butt!!! Had to do more stretching that usual after. I needed this kick start to my day. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

LOVE pyramid stack, goes very fast and if I am tired, I know that we soon go down the pyramid again. That corner to corner was a total mess for me, but I did it anyway!😅Kickboxing is so much fun and a great way to do cardio!😃❤

I loved this workout! I found you through the kick boxing Ab Rehab course I took and it was my favorite workout in the series. This workout went quickly and was challenging. Sppedbags are my favorite!

I love the kickboxing workouts, thank you for including them. The pyramid stack makes it move quickly. I would love a 3rd stack or even a half stack for a future workout. February Fresh has been my favorite monthly challenge, thanks for always brining it!

Glad for the reminder of this video! I did it last yr when it was first uploaded on Feb 15th and had forgotten about it although I had it saved. Gonna do this today for some cardio and in celebration of doing it 1 yr later with less weight on me.

I love kickboxing, even better when there is no up and down off the floor 😆 the pyramid is always challenging since there is very little rest between moves, but I got it done 🙌🖐💪time for some extra stretching 💜
