Excellent HIIT today. I keep repeating this but….just when I think I'm going to sliiiide through, the workout is just a tad harder (and I do try a bit harder)….and voila. A great feeling of being worked hard.

Sorry switched this cardio out for more weight lifting and arms, chest and shoulder supersets….not raising my the cortisol levels anymore now that they are diminished. ❤❤ you 30 yo keep rocking cardio❤
