Love it love it! Bands were a mess but I did it!❤
Feeling the shift in my eating habits today, very low energy but I know it will past as my body is adjusting. I didn't have any mini bands and almost used that as an excuse not to do this workout, but Amy you are the best at reminding me to be where every I am today, and today it was extremely low impact body weight movements. I am glad I challenged myself, still showing up in power mode while showing myself something fresh to maintain my consistency ☺🖐💪So proud of myself for showing up and sticking to my goal of daily movement 💜

Great workout! It's been a while since we've used the bands and it was great!
I liked this mini band workout because there wasn't much moving of the bands which meant I wasn't fussing with them. That's usually a frustration for me but not with this workout. It flowed well and I enjoyed the moves! Abs definitely felt it during the core round too! 😍

When your son and daughter steal your bands to workout with you so you have to use a sweatband to keep the burn. 😂 thanks for always putting out great workout videos
I love miniband workouts, this one was tough! Core burner for sure, I think that's the most that my core has burned in a long time! That's the burn I like, where u try to get to the end, but u have to get out of it for just a second cuz it burns so bad, and then u go right back at it
