I also do wrist curls and shrugs at the start, middle and end of every workout so I get veiny and yoke-y. That'll make them girl think I'm manly, right. I mean, I know I'm manly, I just said I don't drink to stay manly so you guys know I'm manly as fucking shit. But girls need to know too, you feel? Anyway, I just try to tell every regular person (losers) how shitty beer is for their testicles and that I'm much smarter then them for not drinking and how that makes me more of a man. Teaches them for not dedicating their entire lifestyle to their test-levels, fucking morons, amiright? So yea, keep your poison, I'll just stick to my trusted caffeine overdose pre-workout, sugary mass-builders and five whey-protons a day. That shit is healthy as shit!
Ok, im in college and have a decent solution. I keep a really strict diet and i only keep good food in my dorm room. That way when im drunk and walkin back to my dorm, its my only option
What if I'm just trying to stay in shape..put on some muscle. Nothing crazy like trying to body build. I'm not trying to cut weight cause I have a crazy high metabolism so I'm not worried about gaining fat. So if I'm going to have maybe 2 or 3 beers..when's the best time to drink them? Obviously not before a workout. Is an hour or 2 after a workout ok? I read it's bad to drink on recovery days.

I drank the night before a wrestling tournament to make weight. In one night I went from 178.6 to 172. Felt like shit and lost my second match of the day.
