Ugh. Busy day today so didn’t get to do my workout over lunch like normal and had to do it at almost 9pm, which I hate, but glad to get it done.
I didn’t love the lunge to hinge part in the beginning but the workout kicked my butt for sure!
Love the kettlebell ab work challenging but not too hard I couldn't do it! love the "no repeat" as we do something for three minutes straight! LoVE the workout Amy as usual. really challenging and FRESH! really needed this today terrible week but I feel accomplished cause at least I worked out today!

I think after doing these for awhile now – I’m definitely more of a fan of stand alone moves rather than combos.
I feel like I do things better when it’s one vs several paired together
(Not a criticism – just me understanding myself lol)
But I did randomly “enjoy” ending move.
