Heather is the only fitness YouTuber that hasn't sent me into an unhealthy spiral… I tend to adopt bad habits whenever I start challenges, but I'm just happy to be getting stronger. If anything, I'm super inspired (and awestruck!?) by her strength and aspire to be just as strong. This challenge has only ever emphasized strength and challenging ourselves to the best of our ability, rather than burning calories and losing x amount of weight in an unrealistic amount of time.
