Hi Amy! OMGOD! This workout was so AMAZING. FINALLY a kickboxing and bar format. I ❤it. The one with the glutes with the weight was hard but I’m going to try to work on that. This was a great workout. Thank you 🙏 😅

This is title "box & barre" I thought there were step box workouts and barre workouts. This is just free weights.

I can’t stand kickboxing but this was more bearable with the weights – so thank you.
I didn’t care for most of this tho – I felt it was moving to fast so I couldn’t keep up and keep my form. I had to keep pausing/rewinding.

Liked the workout but I think I need a few basic kick boxing classes with Amy first. Coordination was the biggest challenge for me. Any recommendations?
