Definitely felt the MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) in this awesome workout!!! My favorite was the curtsy squat to double tricep press, but of course I really love the curtsy move!! Great challenge for the full body and the heart!!

Another day, another awesome workout! So many great moves and the format made time fly by. I actually prefer shorter breaks because my heartrate stays up more. Loved this workout but I think I secretly love all of them! 😅
