Love the intensity of this one and how it kept moving. I don't always get as sweaty when we don't use weights, but this felt great and challenging the whole time. And I'm super sweaty! 😊

This was tough today for me! Maybe because I drank some wine last night 😂 but it was hard to get out of bed early and get my intensity up today. But thanks for pushing us and encouraging us to challenge ourselves while being where we are!
I am struggling this week! This is definitely going into the 'save' list… Thank you Amy. I've said this before, but I have been exercising my entire life. Before kids there was a period I was in the gym 2hrs+, 5-6 days/week. I have Never felt better than I do now and I have never appreciated my body the way I do now. Thank you for being so comprehensive, efficient and effective and for enforcing such a positive body image focus.
That workout really challenged me! I did it! I know I will feel better for doing it too. It made me realize I probably need more cardio conditioning for hiking and being active. Thank you for all you do.

I felt it hard to breathe at times , but I was reallly trying to push through the high intensity, but then I had to take some breaks so my heartrate would come down.
