Join me every morning for these morning stretches and morning mobility exercises. These are all designed to help improve your health. Plus this morning routine has daily affirmations to give you a positive mindset for the day ahead. So start every morning feeling energized, positive, fully mobile and totally motivated.

These are all easy-going moves and you can do these even in your pyjamas. As I suggest you do this daily first thing in the morning once you are familiar with the moves you can then turn the audio off and do this to some uplifting music of your choice.
