I just hate breakfast because I take mandatory medication in the morning and they 1. Make you completely lose your appetite and 2. If I eat directly after there’s a chance I’ll get nauseous. I always try having like a glass of milk or fruit though at least 😅

I don’t SKIP breakfast, but I work out for an hour first and then have a 1 litre smoothie with many fruits and vegan protein powder! That helped my bloating issues. Also dropping gluten! ✨ Literally a life changer for me.

There are many reasons why people bloat…overeating, food allergies (intolerances), medication, bathroom problems (constipation, diarrhea),…And it could be different for everybody so we all need to really look into what is our own reason for bloating.
I bloat a lot too and I don’t eat breakfast. Maybe I should start. Also I’ve lost 25 pounds doing your workouts so far so thank you!❤

Its been bad bad, i only eat breakfast if i remember and mostly i domt, i used to never eat breakfast during scholl and bc i wore skinny jeans all the time, whenever i’d sit down during those long periods of time in class, my stomach would be bloated to the max and it was so painful.🥺

I never ever skipped breakfast, and that is probably because my parents are forced me to eat it, like if i did not eat it my dad would hit me like so fucking hard, but now it is better
i hate breakfast. Kellogs cereal instilling “breakfast is the most important meal of the day!” was just propaganda to buy more cereal. that and milk companies were pushing “got milk” and it “it gives you big bones” just needed a way to mutually both be bought
i rarely wake up hungry. and i find i bloat more if i do eat in the morning. so everyone’s different 🤷🏼♀️ but there’s so many people who Love breakfast as a thing ..and it’s like

I started having breakfast almost every day (i didn't use to have before) and my bloating got so much more controlled. i also found that by drinking green tea 30 min-1 hr after lunch also helped me a lot
Because im hungarian i always overeat, thats why i always bloat. Almost every hungarians are rised as "eat as much as you can". Its a problem in almost our whole country and we tend to be very bloated.

Oh my goodness I needed this video so so badly. I do. I suffer from bloating regularly. I‘be been doing intermittent fasting for months now, eating kinda 11-5, but what would end up happening is I would eat at around 12 and then keep snacking until lunch at around 3/4-5, which meant a constant insulin spike and overeating and just ugh. Bloated so often.
Since the last couple days, I’ve challenged myself to a week of strictly listening to my body. No intermittent fasting hours, only eating when I’m hungry, and eating until I’m full. It’s only been two and a bit days and I feel so, so much better.
If you have a similar situation to mine, I HIGHLY encourage you to try this out! I think it’s helping me with my borderline binging problem.

I actually bloat even more and all day long when I do eat breakfast. It doesn't matter what I eat, I will bloat no matter what. I think when I was a teenager, I ate a gluten free diet because my mother has Celiac disease and my bloating was severely less back then. So maybe I have that too? Idc if I do, gluten is too good :))))
I have Crohn's so my bloating never truly goes away, but I can shrink it if I do exercises a lot

I usually skip breakfast but every time eat I get bloated, especially if I eat soy sauce. If I eat soy sauce I'm bloated for at least 3 days, maybe I'm intolerant of it. We eat it a lot

This doesn't really jive with intermittent fasting, though. If you're trying to only eat 8HaD, it's not really practical. Bloating is often related to the actual food itself that you eat, and obviously can be affected by medication (after all, our bodies are just complex chemical estuaries trying to figure out what to do with what we put inside them)
