Looove these videos! Thank you for your effort and constant work, Heather! The only challenge for me is sometimes to choose the right weights as I cannot see them in the background (like in your other videos). I know it's a question of editing and I guess you've already filmed everything bc you are always SO well prepared 🤍 just for upcoming challenges & workouts 🙂 a note on screen or seeing the other dumbbells is always a good orientation for us "students". hope this was a helpful comment – I really appreciate your work!
