Loved this option! For some reason my back hurts with side lunges so I just didn't use weights this time, and I completed the whole set! 🙂 Loved the rest of the workout too 🙂 Thank you for encouraging us to make the workout MY WORKOUT so we can feel successful no matter what!

Hi Amy … and "BFbA-nation" … I did this workout on Monday–my first workout here since December 🙁 . This was a great workout for me to return with. Good focus on biceps, chest & legs! Felt these muscles the next day. Thank you for your incredibly valuable fitness leadership. I've missed this.

Hey Amy, do you neck and shoulder damage I find the traditional form of bicycles and crunches really painful. I can skip but is there a form you'd recommend for these portions of your routines?
