Great workout thank you. I am just reversing the order starting with the strength part after my regular workouts and then finishing up with the stretches.

I started using this posture fix workout as my cool down just today. I have to ask,should I reverse Part 1(Stetch) and Part 2 (Strength) when using this as a cool down? or is it alright to do it as is? (which is just what I did today. Those band/towel exercises in the end were a hell more challenging to do than meets the eye,haha)

I love your workouts. Thank you so much for sharing so freely. I wondered why you did not do the stretches after the strengthening exercises? Would it not make more sense to warm the muscles through strengthening, then cool down through stretching and release lactic acid build-up?
I am a Muslim senior in fairly good shape but need work on my tummy and hunch back. I really appreciate you dressing decently and not showing so much body parts. Also not having blasting music in the background. God bless:)

I'm so happy I found this, already seeing some improvements in my posture and I only started doing the exercises yesterday!
I have a question about exercise 2 at around 2mins, when I drag my elbows towards my body, my wrist doesn't touch the floor (but my chin is tucked in and my back is fully touching the floor). Will this resolve over time as I keep doing the exercises or I should change the way I do it right now?

I've always loved this channel while I worked out from home then I transitioned into a gym but now that I am home I am enjoying these again! as someone who slouches often withoyt realizing it this felt aaaamazing!
Would you recommend to do the floor angels (2nd exercise) against a wall with back straight? as I feel a much better stretch that way. Thanks.

Do you have any qualifications to be acting as a registered dietician? Or as a licensed physical therapist? Disclosures and "ask your health care provider" disclaimers are all good – but don't stop one from being caught practicing without a license or three.

hello kozac and claudia! with that program can i fix my scoliosis? because i opose serious problems when im doing each exercise.My posture is so bad because of scoliosis unfortunately.

Im so excited! I have had schlumpy posture since I was a child. My chiropractor called it "tall and skinny posture problems".. Ive been to sooo many phys therapists and chiros and they've all given me different advice, sheets of exercises that I was unmotivated to stick with and I felt like I would just have permanent forward posture issues. My sisters wedding is in the spring and I decided Id commit until then to try to get my posture semi improved, and after trying a few, I chose this video to do every few days.
Well WOW. I've been doing it about 3 times a week for close to a month and my posture is dramatically improved. My resting posture now looks better than my old "stand up straight" posture and I'm just so excited. Even when I used to try to stand up straight, my back had a forward rounded look and I just thought it was part of an unfortunate skeletal structure. Nope, just 30 years of horrendous posture.. But hunch no more! Im stoked about my results in such a short period of time and Im hoping to have my husband start doing it with me to hopefully improve his "tall and skinny posture problems" too!
