Do I need to do a workout every day?

I do them standing. But I am dealing with a broken foot right now. I'll get back into the routine as soon as I can.

This is fantastic fir REHAB! I broke my kneecap ( I’m 68) and have been doing Physio PLUS these workouts, Claudia level at first , and then Coach Kodak . I’ve enjoyed your thorough and pleasant workouts since I first discovered you about three years ago. But this rehabhas been really transformative a d will please Gd get me back to full use of my knees so I can get back to being the fun grandma that my grandkids enjoy😀

when I do these exercises I follow along while listening to my own uplifting music. Avril Lavigne's song " keep holding on" is very motivating and inspiring. Life is better above the grass. Keep moving 4 wards.
