Lucy, I did it! Now, when I breathe in, I see three little lines on my tummy. Abs! They're forming!
It's the month of Ramadan so I'm fasting from 3AM to 6PM. I used to work out in the early hours but I had to shift it to 9PM. The results and your voice are keeping me motivated. I just don't want to quit!
