An amazing idea, you truly do care about people.I am. Of wheelchair bound butRecovering from bronchitis and miss doing my workouts.I know excersise is important for healing too.this was just perfect to get me going again

Jst wantd 2 tel u tht im diabetic bt i still managed 2 most of ur exercises i ws 75kg nw i hav come down 2 69kg thank u sooooo much

I do subscribe to you and have been following your work outs Lucy. You are amazing and I think you should do more of these.I have been getting more fit because of you.I was getting so much stronger when after I had bronchitis I fell and broke my foot.I'm only 53 and don't want to stop working out.please make more sit down work outs until I'm back on my feet!! Thanks🌸

Hi Lucy, I have been following and using your exercise video for the last year. I have found these seated 4 HiTT and 9min cardio workout great as I'm not able to exercise standing up,as I have plantar fasciitis. Please can you make more.Thanks 😆

thank you for this video, Lucy.  I recent started working on my feet and they are having a hard time adjusting.  With this I can workout when I get home and keep my exercises up.  Your the best!

Thank you for this. <3 I was just diagnosed with several nervous system disorders in which part of my PT is to start limited mobility cardio in order to strengthen my heart. It is SO hard to find quality, seated cardio videos such as these, and I am truly grateful that you've taken the time to create such engaging and accessible content. Thank you. I was following your arm and waist workout. And I was walking for my heart. But, I have 2 ligament tears in my foot, so I'm trying your exercise from the chair.(no legs). Sitting all the time is depressing, but having your upbeat videos, are great. Your a positive spirit.

You are the best, I am your blind follower , somedays back I started following another YouTuber and injured my leg, and doc told me I will not be able to jump or run, before that when I was doing your exercises I was all fit and fine and losing weight as well. So now you are the one who is rescuing me from this situation.

I am carrying a hamstring injury so your series of seated workouts are truly a blessing. Thank you for giving so freely of yourself🙏🏽. Would you ever consider a workout based solely on boxing moves e.g. uppercuts cross, jabs etc? I found a couple I liked elsewhere online but your format explanation & delivery are a cut above. I have been following you since lockdown & it has helped me physically & mentally. Eternally grateful💐❤️‍🔥X
