Hi Lucy! I started your program 5 days ago and let me tell you, I LOVE IT!❤ I was doing Insanity before I found you. But ever since I started your challenge, I look forward to exercising! And I am more sore, energized and I can push myself more because I love your short workouts because I can push hard! With Insanity all I wanted to do was give up because the workouts are hard and too long. But I love your workouts! Thank you again❤👍😊
