Thank you for these wonderful workouts and stretches. As someone over 60 who used to be athletic but has let work take over everything in my life, I am just starting to realize how critical it is to get back in shape now so I am able to remain mobile and active throughout my older years. I've spent hours trying to find videos that were do-able but effective and yours is the first I've found that I can do yet were still challenging. I can't thank you enough for your generosity in making these available.

Just found your channel and Ive subscribed. I've always been active but I turned 60 last year, had a bit of a health issue which is now (hopefully) resolved so I'm trying to get back to being fit. When we do the exercise with the legs at 90°. Should I be sitting equally on both hips or the leg facing the front?

I love your routines! I have trouble with my knees and back so I especially like the emphasis on how to hold my body such as the slight bend in the knees. I do the 15 minute Beginner workout along with the 5 minute warm up and cool down on Tues and Thursdays and power walk 3 miles on M-W-F. Perfect routine for this 64 year old gal!
I’m enjoying many of your workouts. Thought I’d share a tip I learned from a physiotherapist years ago. To stretch the bicep even more when doing the stretch against the wall, start with your thumb pointing down as you turn away from the wall. It’s amazing how much different it feels with just that small change.
