Please, under no circumstances should anyone follow this routine.

Those seated twists are really bad for the discs, and the leg raises target only the hip flexors. If you want to destroy yourself, do this routine

I'm glad to find more of these seated exercises through Fitness Blender. I'm 6months post-op from major hip surgery involving breaking my pelvis and pins. This has been a life saver since I can't do many standing exercises to really get the blood pumping….besides walking which is boring lol. I add this in with my pool physical therapy and it's been super motivating to force me to start moving again without fear. I do modify a few of the leg exercises but still feel my quads activating which is one of the things I'm working on.
